The idea:

In 2014, Octavio created his own music studio, OTO Music House, converting an abandoned warehouse into a fashionable loft and music studio where he organized live musical performances for the Airbn Experiences portfolio.

The space

Located in the shopping area of Poble Sec and Paral·lel of Barcelona (Apolo, Sala Barts, Liceu, Jamboree, Institut del Teatra), the Sala OTO Music House is the result of a positive transformation: from a shopping center, a former supermarket, into a design loft with 60 m2 of livable space and 40 m2 of music studio. Because of its history as a shopping center, the music hall has direct access to the street, making it the perfect venue for organizing small concerts, filming video clips, and as a classroom to teach piano lessons.
